how to find in case of which components in Electronic Design Studio , simulation(SPICE/XSPICE) is possible?

i want to use Electronic Design Studio( electronic simulation software) for making microprocessor based project & run it using simulation.Whether SPICE/XSPICE models for all integrated components are available or not? & how to know for which components it is available?
