How can I design my electronic shop website ?

please tell me by details and programs needed, which program and steps I should do and learn to begin my shop online using paypal for now, and credit cards for after?

3. You should learn HTML and CSS for the basic knowledge of web designing. I think that you can learn it by the comfort of your own house. It has indeed become the need of the hour. But as you should create a website where transactions take place you should have good knowledge in ASP.NET and also in PHP. But PHP is just for minors. If you do not want to create your own website and take the pain of that you can hire some web designers. There is a major company rendering this service. Their name is VisualXpert©.
