i know every type of electronic circuits repair,now i want to learn about circuits designing?

i am fiddling with electronic for 12 to 13 years and i can repair almost every type of electronic circuits like tv ,cd, mobile , chip level repair, industury line circuits, now i want to learn about electronic circuits designing so i can be able to design my own circuits . so tell me what should i do.if any type of book or web site regarding it aviable plz mention

1. I would look up courses at a local college. You may be more than likely able to find some electronics technician course that runs for 8 months or so. This may get you started on the basics.
2. I am confused, if you are that good and logical about repairing them, in my opinion you should be perfectly capable of designing them. May need more detailed knowledge on some circuit parameters and configurations, but there is no course in the world that teaches you everything. In fact a bad or mediocre course teaches you outdated information mostly, a good course teaches you basics and the important questions, like how, why, when etc. But you should know these already. Gaining knowledge is an ongoing process during any career.
3. These are two different talents altogether. A very successful designer can not become a good service person and vice versa. The knowledge , talent, approach are all different for these two disciplines.
