what engineer major should i go for to built whole electronic devices?

what engineer major should i go for to built whole electronic devices? for example mp3 players, cell phones, tvs, cameras ect. i would like to design built and program the devices, wich engineering major would teach me this. i would also like to know programing to create software is that also included on the major you recommend. also after experience with this major would i be able to be an entrpreneur and in what ways? wich of these majors is better for this and what are the difference. eletrical engineer and computer engineer

1. Electronics engineering would a best fit for you. Electrical engineering mostly concentrates on electrical stuff - circuits, transformers, motors, generators etc whereas Electronics engineering concentrates on board circuits, pulse and digital circuits, Electronic digital circuits and other subjects which will enable you to design devices you mentioned. http://www.explainstuff.com
