1. I have used Multisim a few decades ago....! But I seem to remember that it does not call ICs by their actual name, but by their form factor. How would Multisim know which package you will use, for example PDIP or FQIP ? So what you do is insert a "40-pin P-DIP" for the ICL7107, and for the MAN6710 you may have to make a "custom shape" based on the dimensions in the data sheet http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/M/A/N/6/MAN6710.shtml
