  12. In uk most people use the big white board-like heaters. They are not very expensive, and they are very useful too.
  13. Drink Coffee. I found that in most people, drinking coffee can make one sweat, increase blood pressure (considerably) and make one more alert. "Research has shown that caffeine consumption may have a small effect on blood pressure, however scientists do not consider coffee drinking to be an important risk factor for hypertension. The key risk factors are known to be a low potassium intake, high sodium intake, sedentary lifestyle and obesity." Q: Is it true that the caffeine in coffee can help increase levels of alertness and attentiveness? A: Yes. Many well-conducted studies demonstrate the beneficial effects of caffeine in coffee on alertness. Q: Can drinking coffee lead to better work performance? A: Yes. As the caffeine in coffee helps enhance alertness and attentiveness, this can lead to better performance at work." You can also try wearing clothes which are made of fabrics like wool, which can protect you from the cold. Taking a warm bath and slowly decrease the temperature (making the water cooler) can help your body adapt to a colder work environment.
