Does it cost licensing if you use Bluetooth in your electronic design?

Is there a licensing fee or anything like that that the Bluetooth trademark holders charge? eg. If I have a design of an electronic system and I'd like to manufacture it so two products can integrate with each other through Bluetooth if so, where can I find such information?
