can you design an electronic even if you are in high school?

I have this thing in my mind that I want to design and I don't want any one to design it before I do. This can change every thing in my life. I am in high school, fresh man wanting to be an industrial designer.

1. Sure you can - if you know enough about electronics. Try taking a high school electronics class. Or get some books on circuits.
